Every summer, the association ChartrEstivales's evenings enliven the heart of the city with numerous free animations and concerts.

> July and August

Every year on June 21, the City of Chartres attaches particular importance to celebrating music.

Drawing on the pool of local musicians, the City can offer a varied program, ranging from good old rock, to electro music through classical music.

For the European Heritage Days, the City of Chartres is preparing numerous visits and activities to discover or rediscover the city's heritage sites.

For more than 20 years, the Artisanales de Chartres has been an unmissable event for the craft industry, offering the opportunity to discover the leading companies in France.

Every year, the City of Chartres offers dozens of activities to celebrate Christmas. Concerts, illuminations, live shows, ice rink and Christmas market allow children and adults to wait for Santa Claus' arrival. The activities are free (except for some exceptions) and organized by the City of Chartres and the les Vitrines C'Chartres.

Chartres en lumières takes part in the Christmas animations!

On the occasion of the end of the year celebrations, Christmas scenographies will take place in the main monuments of Chartres.
